1. Service Description

FinSmart provides a digital invoicing platform integrated with FBR through the PRAL Digital Invoicing API to help businesses generate and submit compliant invoices. FinSmart is developed and maintained by Alisons Technology, Karachi, Pakistan. We do not provide tax consultancy or legal advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and tax information
• Use the platform only for lawful activities
• Keep login credentials secure
• Ensure invoice data entered is correct

FinSmart is not liable for penalties resulting from incorrect data submitted by users.

3. FBR System Dependency

FinSmart relies on FBR systems and APIs. We are not responsible for:

• FBR system downtime
• Delayed responses from FBR
• Changes in FBR regulations

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Services may require paid subscriptions
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

5. Limitation of Liability

FinSmart shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Tax penalties due to user error
• Service interruptions beyond our control

6. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts that:

• Violate laws
• Attempt fraud
• Misuse the system

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
